Buck - helping a friend with a dock project. What's the going rate for a standard 12x20 floater, 2 poles and a down ramp? It's a narrow cove and none of the docks have poles. I don't like the down ramps that are bolted to the floater. They are near the old Frayed Knot at 232 Mallard Cove Rd. It's about 7 feet deep when the lake is at 357. They have an existing fixed pier with a sitting area on the end. Part of it will be removed, as per the permit. The pier is good construction so shouldn't be any issue attaching the ramp. Thanks.
